Beaches
Surprising as it may seem, there are
only a few legal nude beaches in Florida. On the other hand there are many nudist
clubs and resorts. Click on clubs to see a list of clubs.

of Apollo Another legal nude beach is Haulover near Miami. Here
is what one of our readers has to say about Haulover: Haulover is
a beautiful, classy, clothing-optional beach, with lifeguards and police patrols.
I go regularly to enjoy the friendly, diverse people and the magnificent ocean.
Small refreshment stand on beach, marina restaurant will deliver for free. If
you come to S. Florida, you wan't want to miss this one! The beach
is located at Haulover County Park on Collins Ave. near 150th St.
The
Keys
There are no legal nude beaches in the Keys but top free is common
on some Key West beaches. To get the latest information on nude recreation
in the Keys contact the FLORIDA KEYS NATURISTS, P.O. BOX 420784, SUMMERLAND KEY,
FL 33042-0784 . Include a stamped self-addressed envelope for them to return information
to you. Several resorts in Key West are clothing optional. Higgs Beach has been
known to see nude use. It's on the south side of Key West. Tank Island has some
nude recreation on the southwest shore, according to the World Guide to Nude Beaches
and Resorts. Keep in mind that these things change, it's always best to check
with locals before running off naked on the beach.
The Gulf Coast and Panhandle:
Navarre Beach is located between Pensacola and Fort Walton. Many think that
it is one of the finest beaches in the world. The east end of this beach has been
used as a nudist beach for a long time. Also, the Gulf Island National Seashore
offers miles of deserted beaches. The word is that the rangers won't hassle you
for being nude so long as you're not amidst a bunch of clothed people.
